Copies of council approvals delivered

By 5.00pm on ___ / ___ / ___ the Sellers must deliver to the Buyers a copy of written approvals from the Council for: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _.  The written approvals must include evidence of all required inspections being complete and to the satisfaction of the Council (or the Council's agents). If the Sellers do not comply with this obligation, then the Buyers may give written notice cancelling this contract.

(NOTES: This is a simple clause to cover something that can become complicated. The purpose of this clause, is to allow the Sellers do get Council approval so that settlement goes through. The Buyers' only power, if approval isn’t obtained by the due date, is to cancel the contract.)
